Unlike other companies, your salesman never said “It can’t be done”. He always found a way to create the look we wanted.
Your installer arrived at the scheduled time, took care to protect floors and walls, left no mess or garbage and completed the jobs with more detailed finishing than we would have expected. On one of the jobs, they even asked for some house paint to cover the nail holes.

Thank you for the first winter without any problems with our front door.
In past winters, as the temperature dropped, our old metal door would warp and become increasingly difficult to close. Even adjusting the strike plate would not help for long.
But, since you installed the new Stanley door last spring we have had no trouble. The new door shut perfectly all winter as you said it would. And what a winter we had! With the coldest temperatures in 70 years the new door had a good test. We would probably not have been able to close the old door at all. And, without the new door, and the windows you installed the year before, our furnace would probably not have been able to keep the house as comfortable as it did this winter.

We wanted to let you know how pleased we are with our new windows and front door!
Right from the start Pat was impressed with your knowledge, the quality of your products, and your obvious pride in them. I particularly liked your computer simulation from our photo of what different configurations would look like from the outside. It helped us to change our mind from our original idea, and we are glad we did.
Now that the installation is complete we are very pleased. The house looks much better and more modern from the outside, which we expected. But we are surprised at the improvement from the inside – it is much lighter and brighter, and the living room warmer and quieter.
Even though the installation was done in the dead of winter, it went very smoothly. Even with the walls wide open, your crew worked quickly enough that it never got really cold inside. Antelo and Washington were meticulous in cleaning up inside daily, and ensuring that everything was done properly and to our satisfaction. Antelo also helped out by telling us where we could find a magnetic fastener for the new door so Pat can keep hanging her wreaths and floral arrangements, without defacing the new door.
In summary, we are 100% satisfied, and would recommend you and your company to anyone considering replacing their windows or doors.

Recently I had my two patio doors changed. I must say your installation team did an excellent job and were very clean and orderly.
At the time that they were in, I had asked them to leave behind the patio doors since I had a family member that might be interested in taking them. As it turns out they looked at them and since the hardware is broken along with the rollers and the frames are worn and uneven, they will not be much use.
I would like to know if it would still be possible to have the old patio doors and frames removed from the rear of my unit either now or when the remainder of the windows is installed. If there is a pick-up charge for the old patio doors and frames, please let me know since I know it may be an inconvenience at this point. If they can be picked up, the doors are at the rear of my unit and the two frames are resting against the fence.

Hello Laurie,
Further to our telephone conversation, I just thought I’d send you this note. Last week (December 29th, 2004) I had 5 new windows installed in my home, 4 at the front & 1 at the rear. The installers from Olympia Windows, Wilson and his partner were there from 9:00AM to 6:00PM working in the mild, wet weather. They noticed and thought I should bring it to your attention that the soffits were loose causing the rainwater to fall back in towards the windows. Wilson told me that he had tightened up one part of the soffit at the front but was still concerned as this may affect the warranty of their installation. He indicated that this would probably be true for our entire block of homes #110 to #115.
As this may pose a potential problem, I feel this issue should be addressed at the next corporation meeting in a few weeks. Thanks for the interest in this matter.
